Our Story

Life had us traveling in many corners of the world. And a planed short visit in the Blue Mountains became a longer stay and now home. The Dream to life of the land and experiencing a homesteaders life fueled the desire to Garden and Bake. We always have lots going on! We are in our third year of experimenting with organic micro-farming. We have grow a variety of heirloom cereal grains like wheat, oats, and barley on small plots. We have put in greenhouses in order to grow and sell vegetable at our Fruit Stand and Restaurant on top the Blues. Our Baked Goods are known thru out the area and we delight in sharing our all natural handmade Soaps, Shampoos and other Cosmetics, which are found in our Online Store.
